Finally all preparations are finished, we decided that we had looked enough for a location and since the first one was already taken by another group and unfortunately the manager of the second location did not respond to the e-mail. We took the last resort option and decided that we would spend our reunion in the church of Amsterdam (it used to be a monastery that’s why it had bedrooms and a bathroom). I was quite excited about the reunion even though it had fewer participants than I had expected in the first place, I expected about 10 but unfortunately it was brought down to 6 not including the cook and the supervisors.
